The Song in my Heart
Rich Dad a lesson in Balance
Rich dad
Rich dad takes son on a nature get away camp for a weekend to teach his son a lesson of appreciation, in attempts his son will realize how lucky he really is with his life of luxury.
No luxuries, no running water, electricity, TV, games, internet, the whole 9 yards.
When the weekend was over dad asked the son on the plane ,
" So son what did you learn "
Son replied " they are very lucky dad"
Dad says WHAT !!!
Son explains, the people that we stayed with we're very nice.
Insted of having dinner alone like we do they all sit around a fire and say story's with everyone.
Instead of playing games in my room, they have the biggest playground to explore in the forest.
Instead of a room and TV to fall asleep to they have the biggest screen TV to enjoy the stars in the sky.
Instead of taking showers in a lil room they have a huge bath tube in the springs.
Instead of both mom and Dad having to work to pay the bills they get to spend more quality time together.
I learned how to make fire, went hiking and made friends with both people and animals, "I felt free" says Son.
They don't care what I'm wearing , how big my house is, what car I ride, or how much money I have.
They have less stress unlike you do dad.
"Can't wait to go back with you" said the Son.
The whole time dad's plan back fired on him, the lesson ended up being for the Dad, Balance.

Look in & look up.
Look in & look up...
Sometimes we just need to look up.
Away from our phones, away from the noise!
For the illusions of the mind, your heart may go blind. In your truth rely, & say your goodbyes, to all the lies, your heart just can't buy.
Don't sell your self short, you know your self worth.
So, say your goodbyes , your heart will reply, let go to all that no longer serves , what you know you deserve!

The Man & the Raft
Ancient Legend of The Man & The Raft
A long time ago there was an Indian in a forest. He was returning home from a long journey , on his own.
He found himself blocked by a very large river, he could not cross.
Finding himself challenged, he prayed.
God answered him and said
" your in a forest ,cut down some trees and make yourself a raft "
The man did just that and crossed the river.
Before moving on he thought,
"what if I find myself with another river ahead" what would I do?
Should I just carry the raft on my back, just incase? Or should I just keep moving without it?
Worry, fear & doubt filled his mind. He chooses to carry the raft, not soon after he drops to the ground, exhausted. He hears a voice say to him,
" did I not give you what you needed before?" The only thing you needed to carry was faith, Did I not give you the insight, tools, & supplies you needed to cross any barrier?
There are some burdens in this world to heavy to carry, if he would have chosen to move on in faith and trust, he would have made it home.
To often we choose to carry doubt, fear, & resentment. I ask you to challenge your perspectives by choosing to carry hope, love, faith and compassion.
All things that are created are sustained by its creator, wether it be with the ideas given or opportunities that presents themselves. All we need to do is keep moving foward.
